Comprehensive Rental Service
We offer a full rental service. LCPSpain will advertise your rental property through a number of on line portals and manage the entire process from start to finish. We will liaise via email and telephone with the confirmed guests for all requirements, preparing the property for their arrival and managing their stay. We charge a commission on each rental and transfer the profit to your designated bank account.
A routine / periodic inspection is more than a simple control that the property is clean and tidy and, our highly trained inspectors not only document and photograph any repair or maintenance problem, but also ensure that they are reviewing any potential hazards.
If we find any maintenance problems on the property, for example: a roof leak, mold, storm or flood damage, etc. We will notify you immediately. Then we will arrange with one of our reliable professional traders to come and solve the problem. We will contact you for approval beforehand.
Key Holding Service
Key Holding Service. This is a facility available to our Management Contract Clients free of charge. We also provide a Key Holding Service to Non Contract Clients. Contact us for more details. If the keys are lost or if your guests lock themselves out of the property LCPSpain can contacted through our 24-hour support service. We will help you to solve any problems.

Property maintenance packages
This cleaning property management package involves airing the entire property… checking for leaks or any other problems, Running all taps, flushing toilets, watering plants etc. On a monthly basis we run the dishwasher and washing machine to prevent a build up of calcium, which is a problem on the Costa. During each visit we take a photo and e-mail it to you to put your mind at rest. Should anything untoward be discovered you will be notified at once.
