Hi, Welcome to LCPSpain's website... I'm Brian McDonnell, an Irish man who moved to the Costa Del Sol and I’m definitely living the dream!

I began Legal Costa Properties as MARBELLA MAN FRIDAY in 2005 and have evolved over the years to become a company formed by the requirements of our clients. After starting off by providing keyholding, cleaning and maintenance services, my clients grew to trust me with the most important decisions of their lives in Spain.

In 2014 I upgraded from a sole trader and now LCPSpain has grown into a team, we take care of a portfolio of investments and properties.

Legal Costa Properties is much more than a real estate agent. Together, we are experts. LCPSpain offers a wide variety of services related to the property on the Costa del Sol.
