Photocopies of your passport
N.I.E certificates
Your Deeds (Escritura), or Copia Simple of your Escritura.
All paperwork and permissions relating to any building work, e.g. extensions /swimming pool, which do not appear on your Escritura.
First Occupation Licence, Habitation certificate (Cedula).
Photocopies of recent utility bills, IBI bills, Community fee details, Community minutes for the last two years, and Basura costs.
Energy Efficiency Certificate.
Don´t worry if you are not in possession of these documents now, when we meet you we will explain how to get these documents and assist in every way we can.
